The inspector we send to you is a Certified Indoor Environmentalist or CIE. A Certified Indoor Environmentalist is a mold inspector and indoor air quality consultant who is certified by ACAC, formally known as the American Indoor Air Quality Council.It takes 2 days to become a certified mold inspector but it takes 2 years experience and a college education related to science to become a certified by ACAC as a CIE.
